Chris Calhoon specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in Pinellas County, working closely with his father Pat Calhoon in all facets of the business.
He focuses on locating tenants for office, retail, or industrial landlords, as well as clients looking for just the right spot for their business or for investment property purchases.
Chris brings his five years of commercial expertise to the Calhoon Commercial Group, and is instrumental in the design and implementation of their marketing programs.
A native resident of the county, Chris lives in Seminole with Alexandra and their son Jaxson.
